The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We remain alert to the measures and advice taken from RIVM and the Dutch government.
What does this mean for your order?
For the time being, the parcel service delivers all orders in the usual manner.
Due to the crisis, the production and delivery time may take longer than usual. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & amp; trace code.
In addition to the generally applicable hygiene measures, we have taken a large number of additional hygiene measures for prevention. Including contactless loading and unloading, no access to the warehouse by third parties, disinfection of utensils and internal transport equipment several times a day. Parcel deliverers keep 1.5 meters away when delivering. They themselves sign for receipt in front of the recipient.
