WOODEN STRETCHER
After varnishing the canvas, it gets tensed onto a wooden stretcher, made from sustainable wood with PEFC mark. Our wooden stretchers are built up from multiple layers of pinewood, which are glued in opposite directions, so they can’t bend under pressure or changing ambient temperatures.
